Since establishment in 1991 Bastion Production Association specializes in design and production of equipment for security and communication systems.
Now PA “Bastion” is one of leading Russian manufacturers and suppliers of power supplies and battery chargers of brands SKAT, VOLNA and TEPLOCOM for CCTV, fire and burglar alarm systems, communication and electrical industries.
Today the company is a leader of power supply sector in Russian security industry. The 12 our branches and wide dealer net expand over all Russian regions. We export our products to Australia, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and other countries.
PA “Bastion” is an official supplier of the Russian Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Defense.
Since 2001 the Quality Management System established in PA “Bastion” in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 is certified by RW TUV Systems GmbH. In 2007 PA “Bastion” obtained ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 Certificates.
For high business activity PA "BASTION" was awarded "1000 best enterprises of Russia" diploma and “ZUBR” silver prize “For increasing the Safety strength of Russia”
The uninterruptible power supply units SKAT, VOLNA and TEPLOCOM are successfully tested, approved and used by GAZPROM and its enterprises.
The annual renewal of product range is 15–25%. Having high quality and being simple in use and installation our products have a 5-years warranty and the most competitive price/quality ratio. We strive to simple and reliable design innovations, and it made us possible to achieve failure level of 0.3% per 500 000 produced units a year.
Power supply of remote loads requires long power lines (over 1000 m). To avoid voltage loss we offer Remote Load Power System (RLPS) consisting of the groups of voltage changers, long wire lines and central power supply unit SKAT-RLPS.
Specifically must be mentioned the unique range of power supply units for CCTV. The latest model of SKAT-V series has the 32 separate outputs for power of TV Cameras. Each unit is individually equipped with battery providing CCTV performance when the main power is off either caused by damages or in case of intrusion.
The uninterruptible power supplies SKAT in weatherproof enclosures with IP56 class of protection are widely used. The units are functional under extended range of the ambient temperatures: from - 60°Ñ (model ICE) to + 50°Ñ.

- Battery capacity testers (evaluation time 20 sec.) successfully tested by PowerSonic-Europe (United Kingdom).
- TEPLOCOM products approved by VIESSMAN, BAXI, VAILLANT, JUNKERS for usage with their gas heating boilers.
